Television promotes Audi
Television has been one of the main focuses of advertising for car manufacturers, whether it is television advertising or having their car star in a programme, it is all good for the manufacturer. Car programmes such as Top Gear and Fifth Gear do a good job at road testing a vehicle, all good for the manufacturers if they like it, not so good if Jeremy Clarkson takes a dislike to it. Top Gear is hosted by James May, Richard Hammond and Jeremy Clarkson, throughout the series they are given a certain number of challenges, which have included ridiculous things like, build your own boat from a car and sail it, caravanning holiday which ended with the caravan in flames and someone’s tent.
All hilarious stuff, but in between these crazy challenges they do test drive cars.
The people carriers which are classed as top of the range, can often be adapted to have televisions and dvd players in the head rests in the back of the car, meaning children can watch tv to keep themselves amused whilst on the road.
Any car which is bought from the manufacturer is guaranteed for the first 12 months, after this an up to date service will be required. Details of the service along with a stamp will be kept in the log book, this log will show evidence of chiptuning and Audi tuning. It is recommended that the owner keeps this up to date, as it is useful for a potential buyer should the vehicle be sold on.
